Why did you choose your major?(version 3)

These days human beings quite rely on technology, and I love the convenience which the electric products bring. Because of this, I choose Electronic Engineering(EE) as my major that I can design more and more convenient manufactures.

There are two reasons for me to choose the major. The first is about my childhood experiences. I admire my dad because of his talent of electric. When some electric stuffs are broken, he can repair almost all of them. For example, our refrigerator was broken in one summer, and all the foods had become sour. At that time, I was so young so I could only take beverages and tools for my father and looked how he fixed it.
The other instance was the experience that I played video games as a child. When I knew the games were formed by codes, I often dreamed someday I could write a program like that.

The second is about my school life. I had a technical course in junior high school, and we had to make a simple light. I found out the light consisted of many components and really enjoyed in it. After graduating from junior high school, I chose Information Engineering in senior high school. I studied more than before and understood a lot of working principles. I learned welding, programming, and testing. We made an alarm by ourselves. It took me much time, but it was a pleasure for me.

I found out my interests through these experiences. I can learn more knowledge from the department of EE and want to invent good products. It is not only for the benefits but also contribution for the world.
